(Yes, yes. All of that, yes. Noctis felt beat down and exhausted. However, having Lucifer's ear was giving him great relief. He didn't have to do the things he did to achieve encouraging others to sin, but he wanted to do those things because he was upset with Prompto. He was upset that Prompto had not just one, but two others here that he was devoted to.
